Well there are a million things you could do to achieve pleasure
without drowning your vital organs in cancerous material. Have you
ever swapped massages? Talk about pleasure!
Some people feel pain, depression, or boredom, and want to try
something that will make them feel better to escape their current
situation. Drugs may feel good for a brief period of time, but once
they wear off you will feel worse than you did when you started.
Consider these activities that not only can bring you pleasure,

with.
- Massage: Swap a neck massage with an attractive
classmate. Swap a foot massage. Swap
any massage! Massage feels heavenly!
At the same time massage can stimulate circulation which helps

allowing you to relax. Relaxation lowers your blood pressure to
a healthier level. As a result, not only will the massage feel

- A hot bath, shower, or dip in a whirl pool. Any
one of these will feel wonderful, and will leave you in a healthy
relaxed state afterwards. A bath or shower will do the trick,
but if you really want to try a whirlpool and don't have access
to one, we highly recommend finding a fitness center with a whirlpool,
asking for a free trial membership pass, listening to their marketing
speech and spending the afternoon in their hot tub. You deserve
it!
- A hot drink or bowl of soup. Chicken noodle soup
is good for you. The warmth leaves you relaxed.
- Exercise releases chemicals in your bloodstream
that make you feel good. It can also be fun and exciting. It can
serve as an escape from your stress. The first few months of exercise
may be difficult if you are not used to it. But if you can stick
it out for just a few months, not only will exercise feel good,
but it will also leave you feeling better throughout the day.
You will have more energy for everything you do throughout the
day. Daily tasks will seem less painful. You'll feel a sense of
accomplishment. Due to your increased energy and muscle tone,
you will walk with a healthier, more upright posture, which will
also lift your spirit. You will also feel good knowing your heart,
lungs, and the rest of your body is healthier.
- Walking a dog. Studies have shown that petting
a friendly dog decreases a persons blood pressure. Playing with
and walking a dog is loads of fun and helps improve your health.
- Watching a sunset with friends. Sunsets are beautiful
to watch. They can make you feel at peace. If you watch with a
friend, sunsets can provide a bonding experience. They can also
leave you with beautiful memories to reflect on throughout the
following day.
