Professional Background

This site was produced by Graphic Pulse, Inc. to provide teenagers with reliable information necessary to understand their bodies and to live healthy lives.

All illustrations and design were created by Dan Rogers MA. Dan has been the Director of Graphic Pulse for almost a decade. He earned a master's degree in medical and biological illustration at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he was thoroughly trained in subjects, such as anatomy, physiology, pathology, human development, histology, surgical illustration, biological illustration, and anatomical illustration. Dan also studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and received a Bachelors degree at Oberlin College majoring in biology, and minoring in studio art. He has published research in human development and has developed an impressive body of work viewable at graphicpulse.com
